With over 70,000 square feet, this state-of-the-art facility is one of the most unique sport venues that has been seen in decades. The Milk House features unprecedented flexibility, new age playing surfaces, custom athlete training areas, and new "Florida Picturesque" construction. Wrestling, martial arts, basketball, volleyball, and inline hockey are just a few of the sports that take place in The Milk House.
Inside, fans are surrounded by beautiful ballroom-style finished hallways and stairwells that are decorated with colored tiles and luxury fixtures. The brightly painted ceiling with sprawling trusses and special up-lighting give the cozy arena an open, universal feel. Of the 5,000 seats, the highest row in The Milk House is only 35 feet off the ground, providing up-close viewing of the action!
Not a detail has been overlooked to ensure that all athletes have a five-star experience in The Milk House. This formidable facility allows for athletes to attend a health session in one of the four classrooms, work out in the 3,000-square-foot strength-and-conditioning room with Hammer Strength® and York equipment, or utilize one of the spacious custom Akira wood professional lockers that have safety features and a lower storage area.
